FAQs and Policies

  • A deposit of £200 is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable and comes off your remaining balance, which is due one month before your wedding day. Instalment arrangements are welcome, as long as the final balance is settled by that point.

  • Absolutely. If there's something you'd like to include that isn't listed, mention it in your enquiry and I'll do my best to accommodate it and provide an updated quote.

  • Everything is handled through my dedicated booking platform for photographers. Once we've confirmed your date, you'll receive a digital contract to sign and an invoice to pay online with bank transfer details — all in one place, simple and secure. No chasing paperwork, no confusion. Just a smooth, professional process from the very start.

  • Always. If your four-legged family members are part of your story, they are absolutely welcome in your photographs.

  • The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. Full details are covered clearly in the contract, which I'll share with you before anything is confirmed.

  • As the photographer, I retain copyright over all images and may use them for portfolio and promotional purposes. You receive a personal licence to reproduce and share your photographs freely with family and friends, both online and in print, without alteration.

  • Once your images have been thoughtfully edited, you'll receive an email with access to your private online gallery, password protected and ready to share with family and friends. Your gallery also includes a print and album store, so you can order beautiful keepsakes directly should you wish to.

  • Yes. Your gallery includes a dedicated store offering prints, albums, framed photographs, canvases and more — all available to order at any time after delivery.

  • Yes, I am fully insured. I'm happy to share my policy details on request.
